Deliver Schema-less Entity Persistence.

The default wire format for entities delivered by the REST protocol is Plain Old XML (POX), shown here for an Entity created from the Employees table. The <s:Id> metadata element is an object identifier that must be unique within a container. All other elements represent flexible properties with one of five XML Schema data types: string, decimal, dateTime, base64Binary, and boolean. Entities retrieved from the service include a read-only <s:Version> element for concurrency management and SOAP messages include a Type metadata property. RESTful entities identify their type by the root element name.
