Inside SQL Server 2008: Figure 3: Search Across Databases.

The Object Explorer Details window lets you search for objects within a database or across all databases on a server using a wildcard search. The search shown here indicates that the stored procedure that contains the string EmployeeHireInfo is located in the AdventureWorks2008 database. Note that the Databases node is the active node in Object Explorer, so the search is across all databases on this server.
