Visual Studio 2022 v17.1 Preview 3 Improves Web Tools

Microsoft quietly shipped Visual Studio 2022 v17.1 Preview 3 with enhancements to web tools.

We say "quietly" because no blog post announcing yesterday's (Jan. 19) release has been posted as of yet, as is customary.

And yet, the Preview Release Notes show the new release. Here's the entirety of the notes, all under the category of "Web Tools":

In contrast, Preview 2 release notes looked like this:

As the above graphic shows, there's no mention of "web tools" in Preview 2. Preview 3 seems to have arrived early, too, only 17 days after Preview 2, which followed Preview 1.1 by 64 days. It almost looks like Microsoft forgot about web tools in Preview 2 and then issued a quick update for only web tools. But ... nah.
