You can run this article's SampleCloudWebService.sln project in the Azure Services Platform CTP at oakleaf.cloudapp.net. The Default.aspx page contains a paged GridView that displays 12 Northwind Customers records per page and a FormView for inserting new entities; both controls are bound to an ObjectDataSource that connects to an Azure table. (The project's FormView is disabled in the public version.) The Count button iterates the entity set; clicking on Delete All Customers deletes the table and Create Customers recreates the table and adds Customer entities. Update Customers toggle the addition or deletion of a plus sign (+) after the CompanyName. The Time textbox displays the elapsed time of the server components of these operations.
